Shipping policy
All Rebel Trail Gear products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful or Printify. Orders are sent directly from our fulfilment partners' facilities, which may be located in the UK, EU, or USA depending on the product and your location.
Processing Time
Most orders take 2–7 business days to produce before dispatch. This is in addition to shipping time. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• UK: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days
All times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed on the store.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@rebeltrailgear.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the order is confirmed lost.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise an error, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't been dispatched we may be able to update it.
