Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Rebel Trail Gear order. Because all products are made to order, we operate a print-on-demand model — meaning we don't hold stock, and items are produced specifically for you after you place your order.
Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item is:
• Faulty or defective
• Not as described
• Not fit for purpose
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel a standard order within 14 days of receiving it and return it for a full refund — unless the item is personalised or made to your specifications (which applies to most of our print-on-demand products).
What We Accept Returns For
We will issue a full refund or replacement for:
• Items received damaged or defective
• Printing errors or quality issues (e.g. misaligned print, incorrect colour)
• Wrong item sent
• Items lost in transit (if tracked delivery confirms non-delivery)
What We Cannot Accept Returns For
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guides carefully before ordering)
• Personalised or custom items, unless faulty
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us at customerservice@rebeltrailgear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and/or packaging (required for damaged/defective claims)
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at customerservice@rebeltrailgear.com as soon as possible. We will cancel your order if it has not yet been sent to production. Once in production, cancellation may not be possible.
